@BettermentHelp Is your tax form downloading available with Turbotax yet? I took a day off to do my taxes and I'm getting error 103 from Turbo Tax, unable to download forms into Turbo Tax. My password and account address is accurate and I am able to access the info on a desktop
Hi there - Due to our 2FA requirements, you’ll need to generate an app password in order to use TurboTax or any 3rd-party aggregators. Just log in from a web browser and go to Settings > Security > Generate a new app password. Please see http://Betterment.com/taxtime for more info!
