@BettermentHelp Just FYI, “resync” button for external accounts doesn’t do anything. I am able to complete the process by opening it’s href in a new window.
Hi Kenton - Thanks for following up. We tested the Refresh button and it’s currently working, but it’s worth noting that refreshing external accounts is limited to every 8 hours. To make sure there’s nothing amiss in your account, please DM us your email address!

It’s not the refresh button. It’s the “resync” button inside the notification banner about a disconnected account. I have to re-auth one account from time-to-time and it shows then. I can’t be more specific since I’ve already fixed the issue and the banner no longer shows.
