@BettermentHelp Just FYI, “resync” button for external accounts doesn’t do anything. I am able to complete the process by opening it’s href in a new window.

Thanks for the response, but I have no issue. There’s simply a bug with the “resync” button. Manually going to the URL it should go to works as expected. I’d guess there is some JavaScript that should fire on click for that button that’s not working correctly.

Hi Kenton - Thanks for following up. We tested the Refresh button and it’s currently working, but it’s worth noting that refreshing external accounts is limited to every 8 hours. To make sure there’s nothing amiss in your account, please DM us your email address!
