@Betterment #Betterment My money is not accessible and I am not sure if betterment is the right option. There is no answer from your support and phone number. I did a withdraw and never received it, it was blocked but money is gone from betterment.

@jonstein BettermentHelp is not able to help and have no updates, where is my money? Why the money was withdraw from betterment and not received by my bank? What are you doing with it?
@jonstein Betterment does not have the ability to add two funding accounts? Why that? I made all the verification required to « switch : » funding account and the money is gone. No updates from your support.
