can you let me know what credit bureaus you use? have my credit very locked down, want to open up a savings acct. also have my chexsystems locked down. I am wanting to know what I need to unlock so I don't go through bank account opening limbo again

sorry, just want to be sure. AFAIK soft pulls to credit don't affect credit score. so you are sure that opening a savings account wouldn't do that either?
Hi Tom - There is no credit pull at all when opening a Betterment account.

I have since made an account, thank you for your help. I actually signed up to be notified when this was available, back then it was a much higher APY that would be locked in for the rest of the year... is there any way I can get back on that promotion? I believe it was 2.69%
