@BettermentHelp that is not really an excuse. If you want to a legitimate financial services player, you can't have 50 minute hold times for basic banking, let alone your overall mediocre call center hours. Requesting call back doesn't solve the problem of getting timely answer. -
Sorry you had to wait, Chris. That's unacceptable. It's an abnormal week, with the launch of a new product, and we're learning. We are the leader in smart money management in part because we're lean - efficient with your money - and when the business is growing so fast, it shows.
