Yes there is, 1% fee from Visa (apparently
@Betterment passes it along to Visa and are considering potentially reimbursing that fee in the future according to@jonstein). If you want fee-free international ATM withdraws right now, get Schwab checking or Fidelity Cash Mgmt.
