@Betterment need to change language of "total net worth" to something else since that pretty much would be impossible for you to determine. Not going to link multiple brokerages, retirement accounts, real estate and private equity holdings, etc ...

My mortgage is linked to Betterment via my bank, so I have a "House" goal where I've manually input the my guess for the selling price of my house, and the mortgage principal is deducted from it.
