Didn't provide after 60 days. Have ignored multiple follow ups. Fair to say they haven't said "no". Point is, other firms get it over automatically within 7-10 days and respond to follow-ups if not.
Customers can request the cost basis info be sent directly to their custodians. Additionally, any customer can download their complete cost basis by logging into their account at any time.

I understand I can give my client homework to accomplish this task, not how this should work. We've requested the data 2x now, both requests ignored. Get up to speed with the industry and send the data automatically!
