Revolutionary.....Visionary. Ha! Extraordinary customer service would be better. Tried to resolve transfer of assets issues and consistently got run around from call center rep to supervisor who all admittedly use fictitious names.

No confusion what so ever. Your employees were reluctant to provide the info needed until compliance got involved and only then did they accommodate. Investors need support not frustration until given up and driven away.
