@Betterment A friend (who doesn’t have Twitter) linked her checking account in the betterment app, and they show the balances, but when she goes to make a deposit, it tells her she needs to link a bank account. Any idea why it’s not working?
It's nice of you to help her out! There are two ways you can link your bank. One way is to just see the balances, the other way is to actually do transfers. Sounds like she needs to link it for transferring.
