Betterment Help

@Betterment how do I get the time of the trade rather than just the day. I need to dig in earlier, but seems like I always get near the low price of the day on withdrawals . Pulled >$500k since it felt like question was not being answered despite being asked directly.

Thank you for the response, but not asking to time trades or ask for promises. I just want a time stamp of when trades occurred after executed. seems like a reasonable ask. Like the service but I question why I get such unfavorable pricing, suspicious. I'll move $ elsewhere, thx

Hi, thanks for your response. I like your service, but disappointed it took 3 times to ask my question to get a direct response. I'm only 1 customer but had >$1M with you. I plan to pull my remaining amount & move e.g. to Wealthfront due to lack of transparency on executed trades
