It's damned near constant. "Together" we can tax the hell out the middle class and regressively tax food and services and then give said tax revenue in direct checks and legal tax avoidance schemes to the corporations. They can "together" themselves right into the bay.
A lot of politicians and PR agencies have been telling you "We're all in this together." The working class may be in this together, but the billionaires are out for themselves.
