We are constantly hearing from the GOP and corporate Democrats about how much people *love* their private insurance companies because of the “Freedom of choice.” Let’s see how free we are. Please reply to this post with your monthly insurance premium as well as your deductible.

Oh my goodness. $3,000 deductible? How are any of us supposed to afford that? That isn’t insurance at all!

Same but we also pay insurance negotiated prices until 3k. Say MRI has a cash pay price of $2000.00, we'll pay $700.00. Prescriptions also count toward the 3k. It's considered "excellent" insurance.

This is unacceptable. The United States is the richest country in the history of the world. If we can’t use that wealth to create some basic protections for our people, what’s the point?
