Decriminalization of marijuana. Decriminalization of sex work.
Our criminal justice system is broken. We must reform it by: -ending the War on Drugs -ending cash bail -banning for-profit prison and detention centers -focusing on rehabilitation over punishment whenever possible

You have to be careful with legal sex work. I’m all for legalization but with regulation (ie, licensing) attached. Have read several studies showing pure decriminalization or legalization increases sex trafficking. Licensing sex workers keeps them much safer.

I’d add: prosecuting police who kill unarmed citizens, demilitarizing police force, switch to unarmed police where feasible, de-escalation training, separate division for dealing with the mentally ill (often are victims, not perpetrators, of crime), not prosecuting petty crimes.

As for jail, a sentence IS the punishment. All efforts should go to rehabilitation and return to community as a functioning, productive adult. Additional punishment just yields a less-rehabilitated person. Counseling & education can go far.

Awesome! I would legalize and regulate drug use and sex work, and end solitary as well. Id also significantly improve prison conditions
