When we are silent, we are complicit. We can be complicit no more. Another day. Another city. Another horrific instance of white supremacist violence enabled by easy access to guns. We must call this what it is. White supremacist terrorism is a huge threat to our nation.
The NRA is the political arm of gun manufacturers. I’ve never taken a cent from them, or any other corporate PAC. I never will. We can solve this crisis only when we elect people who aren’t beholden to NRA dollars to get elected.
