Things like #MedicareForAll, tuition-free college and a #GreenNewDeal are not radical positions. Anything that creates a healthier, more educated, more just society is not radical.

yes it is.... its great policy but right now its radical because to do it you have to challenge the Corporations and Capitalists that Profit from the things that need to change. They have been waging a 40 year class war and they ain't about to stop.

True but we cannot over promise. Countries that are cited as example are small. It is not possible for us without resources to support it. For a minor surgery in Canada waiting is one year. So they go see private doctor if they have money. People shld have options.

Waiting a year for minor surgery is FAR BETTER than the current reality for most Americans who have insurance. And many have to wait FOREVER because they can’t afford the deductibles and coinsurance. There is virtually no wait in Canada for critical surgery. Oh, and it is free.
