Interestingly my current State Senator (not in this picture) is 68 and opined that he didn't need to wear one because he wasn't at risk. I'm not sure what they consider to be a risk factor!

The theory that I heard is that they don't put 2 and 2 together because Fox doesn't mention that Cain was so anti-mask, etc.
