The biggest differences between the haves and have nots in America is a quality education. But the Biden administration has empowered unions & bureaucrats to limit education options for students. I’m fighting against that.

I had the privilege to attend the Empowerment Leadership Summit Dinner with former Secretary of Education . I truly believe that school choice is THE civil-rights issue of the 21st century – and I am proud to have led the fight in the Senate for the last decade.

What Fairfax offered students during COVID was simply abysmal. Pleased to see this investigation I opened brought to a conclusion and at least some added learning opportunities provided for students with disabilities in that district. #HostagesNoMore

The only legal way to extend the pause is because of a national emergency. Waiting for the Supreme Court is a political emergency for the radical left.

Every court that has opined has ruled your plan is illegal, . Because it obviously is.

I'm confident that our student debt relief plan is legal. But it’s on hold because Republican officials want to block it. That's why @SecCardona is extending the payment pause to no later than June 30, 2023, giving the Supreme Court time to hear the case in its current term.

There is no doubt in my mind that a child’s education is made better when their parents have a say. This National Parental Involvement Day, I am grateful for the parents who work tirelessly to ensure that American students succeed.

The Court didn't mince words: “In this country, we are not ruled by an all-powerful executive with a pen and a phone. Instead, we are ruled by a Constitution that provides for three distinct and independent branches of government.”

Based Governor Sununu: "If you are for the teachers union – if you're for the system – you should vote for Tom Sherman. He's got the backing of the teachers union and I couldn't be more excited that they're not supporting me. Kids first. Parents first. Families first."

"You almost have to admire the chutzpah of the teachers unions. Even as they fight to keep poor minority kids trapped in failing public schools, they plead that racial preferences in college admissions are necessary to compensate for these students’ inferior K-12 education."

If this doesn’t make you want to vote for Tudor Dixon, I don’t know what would. This is the same teachers union president who advocated and lobbied for keeping schools closed far longer than they needed to be. Baffling that Gov. Whitmer thinks the AFT will help her, but $ talks.

.@rweingarten: These elections come down to whose side we’re on. And I want you to think of problem solvers versus problem makers. Who’s tackling the issues that keep families up at night? Who’s investing in schools? Who’s protecting democracy? #AFTvotes
