I bought this in a separate order about an hour after I purchased all the other Fallout teddy bears available and this one shipped but the first order of bears hasn't.
Please contact our Customer Service team so they can look into this issue for you

I did. The answer was, "It will be shipped out as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information." It doesn't answer why the second order was shipped before the first when they both contained like items none of which are on preorder.

We can't answer that question for you either. The warehouse has been significantly affected by COVID restrictions. Our only guess would be that it just took longer to fulfill that one for some reason.
