The problem is that we should have been told that before the order was placed. Your website said November. I would have bought it from a 3rd party that apparently already has them. Nice to know 3 party sites get it before everyone else does....

I asked if my shipment had been affected and got this response. "Thank you for contacting the Bethesda Gear Store Our Product Page notes that the item will be shipping: end of December 2019" So basically not worth my time contacting when they just answer with that....

I will never be ordering from y'all again. A simple "yes it was affected" answer would have been fine but to go off and say "our product page says...." Is just bad customer service.
