Are there any updates on when your warehouse will get caught up on shipping? I ordered on the 30th and got this reply on the 5th. Still no shipping. When I contacted support they just told me they would let me know when it ships.
If you don't receive your shipping notice in the next couple of days, please contact Customer Service so they can investigate why you haven't received it yet.
