@BethesdaGear Hey I ordered a hoodie Friday and it still hasn't shipped yet. I reached out to support and have not received a response. Order number BTH103107, support ticket number 22874. I am just wondering when it will ship.

Are there any updates on when your warehouse will get caught up on shipping? I ordered on the 30th and got this reply on the 5th. Still no shipping. When I contacted support they just told me they would let me know when it ships.
The warehouse has less than 1000 outstanding late orders now. They are getting out approx 700 a day, so they should be caught up by the end of the week.

Thanks for responding. This just doesn't make since to me. If they are shipping in order of when things were ordered and only had 1000 later orders left, my thing I ordered on the 30th should have shipped. Currently I have an order from the 30th and one from the 5th unprocessed.
