@BethesdaGear Hello! I contacted your support team in regards to requesting a refund, they said it had been submitted to the finance department, but that was 6 days ago and I have heard nothing since. Please could you look into this for me? My ticket number is 19454. Thanks! 
Hi, Customer Service got back to me and told me that the CS ticket 19454 doesn't match up. Can you pease pass me order number, name or email used for your ticket? Also, can you confirm this was concerning an order on the US Gear store?
