I’ve issued a return ticket 14228 with the Bethesda Store EU and the ticket about my code exchange (which would be my preferred solution) ticket 12594 with the US Bethesda Store.

Did you purchase through the EU store or through the US store?

I purchased through the EU Store bus chose English US when bought the game. But the EU store has turned me down saying they don’t have access to US codes and Bethesda Support turned me down and said you (US Store) can help.
