@BethesdaSupport @BethesdaGear 2 weeks...that's how long my so called 96 hour ticket has been waiting for a response. What's worse, is my brother got told he's getting a canvas bag, BUT DOESN'T EVEN OWN THE POWER ARMOUR EDITION?! Wtf.........
Is this in regard to merch bought at the Bethesda Store? If so, can you give me the ticket number you received when you emailed customer service? It is about 5 to 7 numbers long.
