@BethesdaGear I've tried reaching out via email and social media. I'm not getting a response and I sent the request out on the 16th. I'm done waiting and I'll be issuing a chargeback via my credit card company. Maybe then you'll respond. Sorry for trying to find a resolution

They did respond, but the issue is still unresolved. Waiting two weeks in between responses seems a tad excessive. Is there a representative I can talk to to get this issue sorted out without resorting to my credit card company?
