    Teaching Lifestyle Medicine at the Harvard Extension School reminds me of the importance of embracing the COACH approach when counseling patients+when helping friends. We want to be curious, open, appreciative, compassionate+honest.

    Here's a summer scene for you in the middle of winter. These starfish are so beautiful. Nature is amazing. The fact that some starfish can regenerate their limbs if they lose then makes them beautifully mysterious as well.

    Thank you for sharing this wonderful lecture. I love your manner of instruction, sense of humour, ability to engage with attendees. You are in total command of the subject matter. I may borrow some techniques when I start political meetings in the spring so people stay awake.😀
