2/ To get an intermittent sentence, offenders usually show the judge they have responsibilities which make it hard to serve a regular jail sentence. Judges are unlikely to give an I.S. if they have a record including breaches of probation or failure to comply with recognizance.

3/ Mr. Ponte DOES have charges against him for violating probation. He shot guns in the woods in 2019 with his shitty friends while barred from handling firearms due to the felony conviction for his part in the planned attack on Cider Riot with Gibson's lickspittles.

4/4 Ponte was charged with Riot×1 and 3rd Degree Assault x1, for his part in that incident wherein a young woman's neck was broken by his gang. See this pic for MY list of charges from A17. No one was injured during those events.pic.twitter.com/G1Qu71gQ3M

I know I talk about myself and my circumstances a lot -even for me, it is tiresome. I don't do it to garner sympathy or to gain a following. I do it because I am constantly shocked as I learn about Oregon's corrupt Justice system, firsthand, and you all need to know about it.

If this is my story, how many others are being broken over the wheels of this system, invisible, silent, and suffering? Without witnesses there will be no change.
