The profiles that you have installed, they are fine, they will help you get future iOS 16 beta updates (i.e. iOS 16.1, 16.2,..) just don't remove them from your device.

Because the illegal part is redistributing the profiles not the name

There has always been the free public beta program on beta.apple.com, you just get it one day later or 3 hours later during .x betas
