        Those are called "Books" they have words inside them that generally increase the knowledge base of the person who take the time to read them, unfortunately, they disappeared on Jan 20, 2017 and have not returned. Presidential Historians are in the process of trying to find them.

        He was the first president to have served more than 2-terms and was a tired man over seeing one of the biggest conflicts in human history. Pres. Roosevelt and Churchill provided leadership in the right time!
