Michael, which game was it where JFK did the coin toss? I was thinking Army-Navy of ‘61 or ‘62. That was style and class. Mess up the coin toss on live tv(I think it was live) and the critics would have piled on.

He was busy that day giving an award to Alan Shepard at the WH and then surprising TV executives by bringing Shepard to the National Association of Broadcaster's luncheon (along with Newton Minow and LBJ). The day JFK briefly became a space cadet.
