I have a good story: In 1956, my mom's water broke (with my little sister) in Nixon's Bakery in Whittier. Mrs. Nixon (senior) put her apron between my mom's legs and called the doctor for her. She was absolutely the sweetest lady, and gave Mom a loaf of bread too!

There was a crook in the back, and it wasn't quite on the level.

Have to admit, can't even fathom whatever you're reaching to reference. Are you actually defending Nixon by showing Obama smoking?
-
I just like touting an American-born president to the novices out there.

OK. So you're point was just that you're profoundly stupid. Done here. Thanks for clearing that up.

Your....not you're. That qualifies stupidity. Done here. = BLOCKED

My favorite random Nixon fact is that he partially financed his first congressional campaign with money he won in poker games while he was serving in the Navy.

My grandfather built a Sears kit house on his farm in West Virginia in the early 1920s; before that they lived in a double log cabin. Railroad tracks went everywhere back then, and farmers were jack-of-all-trade’s. (My grandfather had carpenter’s tools and blacksmith’s tools).

I think it is interesting that having presidential candidates with humble beginnings was once possible in both parties. The true sign of some form of meritocracy that has not been seen on the republican side since Reagan.
