A Nuclear armed North is prolly less dangerous then Pakistan having the bomb. Then when USSR fragmented into dozens of smaller countries many had & some still have nukes. By the way a small number of USSR briefcase Nukes disappeared. And we're all worked up of North having Nukes.

My mom worked at NATO when Commander Eisenhower did. I learned so much from her. She took me to where she had lived. You could still put your fingers in holes from WW2. It was personal and profound, her experience.
