Ohhnooooo....oh...poor woman...oh Gawd....

I cannot imagine. I saw her often in the later years after O. In Manhattan & on MV. And she was strong, active and amazing. And raised 2 wonderful children. So lesson learned. After a while, Jaqueline looked forward - the only way to succeed.

I hate this date. We relive the Kennedy assassination over and over again. Thanksgiving was forever changed. 54 years ago I was in French 4 in high school in Stamford, CT. I won't talk more because I am already crying.
-
I was in the 3rd grade on playgrd w/ my classmates. (I can still "see" it now).The teacher had us stop and go inside, w/ no explanation.Then the prnc'pl came over intercom to tell everyone the sad, sad news. I had lost my mom just 5 mths b'fore.. it was not a good Thxg'ving...

@Lawrence
A very emotional sad day 54 years ago. I was 17,working,walked to plaza,heard the news,crying all way back,told my co-workers who stopped their typing (underwood typewriters) and we all gathered in shock,hugging,crying.We Canadians will never forget that day. -
Thanks, Canada.

I have been watching your tweets about JFK over the past few months, and I knew this moment would come and I still wasn't ready for it.

He didn't protect them .

Please take a moment to read up on this topic. You'll notice that Agent Hill jumped into the presidential limo and kept the first lady from being shot.
-
She wasn't the target.
-
I don't think Agent Hill could've made that assumption in a split second at that moment

I was in the 2nd grade and remember it like it was yesterday. They announced there was an emergency, then they brought a TV into our classroom. This was the era of “drills” for potential nuclear attacks and we thought that’s what was happening.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
