Important: Kavanaugh refuses to answer whether a President must respond to subpoena, calls it “hypothetical."

Isn't every question hypocritical? There isn't a specific case being cited. We have to know what his stances are on important situations. Give me a break. Answer the questions and stop stone walling.

IKR? If only autocorrect actually DID correct instead of pulling random words from the universe and inserting them to render your carefully crafted message unintelligible.

Kavanaugh may have a problem with money and debt. Trump arguably is compromised by Russian money. Kavanaugh had extremely high credit card debt that was paid off by 'someone.' We have to make sure once he's a justice he's not compromised.https://thehill-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/thehill.com/homenews/administration/396598-kavanaugh-incurred-thousands-in-credit-card-debt-by-purchasing?amp_js_v=a2&amp_gsa=1&amp&usqp=mq331AQCCAE%3D#referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&amp_tf=From%20%251%24s&ampshare=http%3A%2F%2Fthehill.com%2Fhomenews%2Fadministration%2F396598-kavanaugh-incurred-thousands-in-credit-card-debt-by-purchasing …

Of course, it's not hypothetical...that matter was settled by SCOTUS in United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974). The President MUST comply with a lawful subpoena.

How can he come to the conclusion that the Pres. is above the law, when the constitution lays down the impeachment process. To impeach, one must investigate, which means he cannot be above all the rules the rest of us live by. It seems pretty plain to me.
