        Betsey Palmer, the mother in the first Friday The 13th movie. She did the movie to pay for a replacement for her car. (Ten days at $1,000 a day equals a VW Scirocco in 1980).

        Oh yes! Our family watched them on a Philco B/W 16 inch tv! Loved these old shows. I can name every person in that photo.

        We too had a "big" TV. Only it was a Raytheon. And of course it was B/W. If something went wrong you opened the back looked for the black tube and took it to the tube tester and bought a new tube.
