It's so ironic...75 years ago, FDR was afraid to show the country that he'd lost the use of his legs, and today our president has no hesitation showing the world he's lost the use of his heart.

Did you know that Canadian Prime Minister Mackenzie King met with FDR at the Roosevelt's Little White House in Warm Springs, Georgia on April 23-24 1940

Flawed men all, who had their countries' = and the worlds' - best interested at heart. What a contrast FDR and Churchill are to the incompetent, narcissist heading to Canada today. I am increasingly #horrified

FDR went to Quebec to protest the burning of the WH in 1812 by those pesky Canadiens, right?

Beautiful Québec City in the background. Although none of the city restaurants still exist from the time of the conference; today it is one of the great culinary cities to visit. Churchill probably indulged at the Château Laurier, majestically standing behind him. 🎩

Not the Chateau Laurier....it is in Ottawa. Quebec City is home to the Chateau Frontenac.
