Hmmmm in Canada we don't have deductibles or copays and is administered by government. We have optional secondary coverage.

Sorry didn't mean to imply all countries have copays and deductibles some do though. Also Canada's system is less generous than this bill

Canada's plan is very generous actually. Sure there are faults but it's still a quality plan

No deductibles or copays in the UK here either. Better outcomes than the USA system. Base income tax is rate 20%. :D
