Private insurance is a business. But! Medicare for all will never work.

Why not?

The list is too long.

Yeah, here’s the list:

"The list is too long, and I can't list one reason without listing them all. It wouldn't be fair."

Without insurance companies, this country wouldn’t exist.

Unfortunately I trust private insurance companies more then my government to operate it. The unknown and the track record of our government is to much for me to chance.
-
That said, the private insurance companies are just as bad if not worse since their entire business is focused on solely on denying people coverage while still making them pay monthly premiums.

Oh yeah it's the best. Until around May every year we're paying full price for everything until we meet our deductible. So my son's medicine is about $550 out of pocket. Oh, and my dentist says I need to replace my front teeth to the tune of about $10k. Insurance rocks!!!!

Private insurance doesn’t process $40 billion in fraudulent transactions like Medicare does
-
They just make you pay thousands a year only to deny you coverage for a life-saving procedure when you need it most.

Realistically we're going unemploy 300,000 simple workers in this industry w all the servers, software codes, and not use their turnkey operations for the 40000000 Americans? Think this thru Bernie
-
Lets keep those people employed so others can die without affordable medication. Makes total sense.
-
And automation will cost millions jobs, but we don’t see them caring about that.
