Lol. They didn't give support staff the steps that they earned working through the years. Took the first deal CCSD gave to them. I have coworkers that should be making 7-9k more and aren't because ESEA are incompetent. They're also making less now than they were years ago.

Yup, the only deal that was offered by another bargaining unit. If it wasn't for CCEA, support staff would have probably been left behind again.

Paraprofessionals, Teacher Aides, Instructional Assistances sometimes get NO benefits but yet deal with five plus subjects they teach a day and have to toilet students also. We are the lowest paid still!!!
