It costs money and in our system there is no reliable mechanism for the public sector to do what pharmaceutical companies do. I do not begrudge them making money-I do begrudge them making exorbitant amounts of $. How about public funding of trials, development and price controls?

That ,and more! reliable mechanisms can be created. Dismantle the elite classes in Pharma/insurance/education is a start, tie into progressive taxation and high estate taxes. Ciao.
