I'm here for you, Senator, but fracking keeps American energy costs affordable which impacts our entire economy. There is no piece of our economy that isn't impacted by energy costs down to individual family budgets. Sensible regulations are better than banning.

Fracking is terrible though. It’s not just dirty, contaminating the water supply, it’s causing earthquakes in places that never had them. No reason to frack when we could use wind or solar.

Current wind and solar technologies have gaps in scheduling when wind isn't blowing or sun isn't shining. NG generators have quick start capabilities to fill in those gaps. Fracking doesn't inherently cause contamination and earthquakes. Regulations can prevent adverse effects.

Is cool. No worries. No one agrees on everything. The EPA recently published a study and has investigated all the fracking claims. The latest report was this year. Is wonky AF but this is my field, so I geek out on it and get the chance to interact with EPA folks at conferences.
