In MD, my daughter has been battling brain cancer for 2 years. Diagnosed at 7. Dad makes a decent living six figure salary, I had to quit my job at USPS to care for Saniya. She was denied Medicaid, SSI, SSDI even though there’s so much that our private insurance doesn’t cover.

When I say decent six figure, I mean by way of Maryland has a pretty high cost of living. You cannot financially prepare for a rainy day of Childhood Cancer.
