Betsy DeVos has used her position to promote charter schools and for profit colleges America needs a Secretary of Education who has been a public school teacher
I mean this sounds great but realistically the money is going to need to come from somewhere. As an educator I want to be paid. If it sounds to good to be true guess what it is.
"As an educator." *to good to be true* *to*
Dems seem to have a never ending list of things they are using to try to bribe people into voting for them - ie, ‘Free Stuff’. Only a fool believes Dems can provide Free Health Care, Rent, College, Day Care, Reparations, + to pay-off College Debt without bankrupting America.
It shouldn’t be free, but it should be affordable.
That would be a huge leap to simply make it affordable. Right now the cost is a joke.
When I was an undergrad in CUNY Brooklyn College, it was far more affordable than a private college. Even in grad school, it was $75 per credit (with student aid). Second trip to grad school was at NYU ... I don’t recall the exact dollar amount but it was around $500 per credit.
Then why don’t we do the same for high school?
Or just cancel the interest! My son left school in 2014 with $80,000 in loans. With interest, his debt now stands at $115,000. Int. pmt. alone is $600 a month! He will most likely die with this debt, as the only job he can find using his degree is as an Oklahoma teacher.
Well, just make sure you tell all your family, friends and everyone you know to vote for @BernieSanders and your son will be debt free

it cannot be explained in a Tweet.
Lol I did. And it didn't explain where the money was coming from. Just that he will pass some bill and he will have 48 billion dollars. And he will just end the 1.4 trillion dollars of student debt. I can't find where the money is coming from ):
The money comes from Wall Street, he wants to implement a small tax that could make billions
