Young people need to make their voices heard in 2020 While young people continue to avoid participating in politics, politicians will continue to ignore young people

Yes, true; AND—it will hopefully happen *during the primary.* Because if the Dems nominate some neolib again, the youngs will stay home in droves again—and who could blame them?

Most young voters prefer Bernie over the other candidates

Bernie, every time I see a statistic like this, I ask the same question: how many of those no-shows *chose* not to vote, and how many were prevented in some way? Because the answer to that question influences the solution to the problem in a major way.

Ooo good point! Let's make election day a federal holiday!!
-
That’s one of Andrew Yang’s policies, as well as automatic voter registration, democracy dollars, and term limits for both Congress and the Supreme Court

Actually the holiday was Bernie's policy. He was talking about that years ago. Ones of Andrew yang's policies as well is a better way to say it. Such implies that they both have it and not implying ownership
-
Apologies for the verbiage, didn’t mean to imply that Yang came up with the policy first or is the sole owner, just that he is for it

-
No apology necessary, I assumed that's what you meant. Much love

You had my vote in 2016 and you're a reason why I'm running for Congress in

Can we truly have a fair election
@Greg_Palast ? It seems likely that even California purged Bernie voters. Crosscheck anyone Brian Kemp anyone?https://www.gregpalast.com/assault-on-voting-rights/ … -
CA is rigged against independent voters. Big time. Here's some important advice for them as to how to successfully vote.pic.twitter.com/xDXzW5zuW5

It was a very close election and if that 46% was only slightly higher, Trump would not be President. Perhaps a certain candidate who lost the primary should have encouraged his supporters to vote rather than fall prey to pro-Trump propaganda out of Moscow.
-
I was pro Bernie, and I was upset when Bernie told us "No no, you have to vote for Hillary" So he did.
