The best way to make education cost $0 is to do away with it completely. It’s obsolete now that we have the internet. That’s why, as a youth football coaching legend, I encourage my players to drop out of school.

That’s why corporations and billionaires should pay more in taxes. What an idea.
-
He admitted he is raising the middle classes taxes tho.
-
The benefits will far outweigh the additional tax for middle class citizens. I really don’t see why this is so hard for people to grasp. The only people this won’t benefit are the massively wealthy.
-
I have finished college and have insurance through my employer. This won’t help me at all. Besides, I was told by this same clown a couple of days ago that we need to spend $16 trillion to save the planet. So, pay for your own damn college.
-
Your health care costs will drop significantly vs paying copay and premiums, as well as any out of pocket expenses you may pay. And you can to to any doctor. In addition, you will benefit largely from the economic impact of a more educated population.
-
Nah, I’d like to hold on to more of my income, see a doctor when I need one (won’t happen under Medicare4all), and have a less “indoctrinated” population around me. Count me out.
-
You could negotiate a better income since your employer doesn't pay the bulk of your health insurance, and if you have the crazy idea of changing jobs you stay covered!

Everything is free in every country except America. There isn’t even currency in Europe.
-
Yes in Europe they have a complicated barter system involving stinky cheeses and fish.
-
Can confirm. Purchase a home recently with Roquefort and herring.

What college is only 8k a year?
-
My guess is that this includes community colleges and very small colleges which would bring down the average cost.
-
Seriously. My kids go to a private college. $8,000 per semester?? Lol. In my dreams!!
-
Pick a cheaper school. That was easy now wasn't it
-
True product of a sub-par education system, who hasn't progressed past 6th grade. Someone with absolutely no critical thinking skills, and no idea that the cost of education varies according to region of the country (or world).
-
I went to an inexpensive state school undergrad and grad. Even state schools are not what they were 25 years ago!
-
My local state school is 11k just for tuition.
-
Right! Add in room and board (@$10-11,000), fees, etc... it adds up!
