80% of Amazon forest destruction is for animal Ag. 67% of all world soy grown is to feed livestock. Pesticides, water pollution, soil depletion, etc. If we leave big ag out, it isn’t a serious climate action plan.

Fossil fuel industry? You mean the single most important innovation of the 19th and 20th centuries, which lifted millions/billions from poverty to a modern standard of living - allowing us to travel freely, heat and cool our homes with ease, refrigerate our food? THAT industry?

Who built all the roads to support en endless supply of vehicles? Politicians. Why didn’t they build the best rail and trolley systems they could? Our rail systems are way behind many other countries.

Population isn't all of it. If everyone was vegan, the earth could easily sustain is. If everyone ate and purchased like Americans do, there's no way the earth can sustain is. It depends on how the population consumes.
