I am for Green and renewable energy sources, so long as the cost/benefit analysis is there - shouldn't force a bad deal, square peg in a round hole tho. I am for electric cars bc of a NIMBY perspective on CO2. Fossil fuel companies are cheaper saving $ on the electric bill.

It's an investment. If you are familiar with the original new deal you'd know it spurred the most massive leap in economic strength our country ever witnessed and made us a superpower.

Green new deal has Premium cost for the same electric utilities. Tac on 20 million jobs to the consumer's electric bill, and guess who pays for it? Electric cars make more sense 1st than "making" fossil fuel companies pay their fair share, which are needed for growing demand.
