Is this argument allowed? We get super mad at skeptics who point to it being really cold outside during the winter. Isn’t this the same thing?

Calling climate change a hoax because it snows during the winter is like saying the sun isn't real because it got dark last night.

Regularly breaking heat records isn't the same thing as winter continuing to happen. The equivalent would be if we would regularly break cold temperature records.

Not worldwide we don't.

Not to mention, rising sea levels, the increasing greenhouse effect, & changing ocean currents can produce extreme cold weather. Here in Omaha, we had a week or two when the artic had higher average temps than we did, due to an unstable jetstream.

Were you around this past winter?? Or vacationing?? It was one of the coldest winter's in the north. It's called changing seasons. Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring...The weather changes with the seasons.

Three things. The sea levels are not rising, I live next to the sea. If we pass the green new deal tomorrow it would have no effect on the environment. The only thing the green new deal would cause his a lot more poor people in the United States.

I'm not supportive of the green new deal. I do think @AndrewYang is the only person running that has logical ideas for how to address the climate issue. My folks live by the water and the water is 10 feet closer to house than last year. I guess depends where you live.

But... What about fossil fuel shareholders? Won't somebody please think of the shareholders!?
